About Us
The program was written by Mr. David M. Hartzell. He is
self-employed as a computer consultant, and provides hardware repair
and custom software services. He lives on beautiful St. Simons Island, Georgia.
The SLBas program was conceived by Mr. Ronald Ballenger,
also of St. Simons Island, Georgia. Mr. Ballenger has been a Certified
Disaster Field Inspector for FEMA since 1991 and is
now performing Catastrophe Adjustor Team inspections for many
insurance companies.
